1. Scope of this notice

This notice covers the esinya.com website only. It does not cover the individual products and services published by ESINYA LTD.

Esinya products — including mobile and web applications — handle personal data in their own ways and have their own privacy policies. Where a product collects personal data, its own privacy policy applies to that product and is made available within the product or on its own website. Please read the policy for the product you are using.

2. Who is responsible

ESINYA LTD (Esinya) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can contact us about privacy matters at magno@esinya.com.

3. What this website collects

This is a static informational website. It does not:

• set cookies;
• run analytics, tracking pixels or advertising scripts;
• have user accounts or logins;
• contain contact forms or any other data-entry fields.

There is nothing on this site that asks you for personal data, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

4. Technical data processed by our hosting provider

Like any website, esinya.com cannot be delivered to you without some technical information being processed. The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which processes standard request data in order to serve pages and protect the service — typically your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, your browser's user-agent string and similar technical details contained in server logs.

We use this only to deliver the website and to keep it secure and available. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with other data. Our hosting provider processes it on our behalf under its own terms — see the Google Firebase Hosting privacy information.

5. If you email us

If you write to us at an address published on this site, we will receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use that information solely to read, consider and respond to your enquiry, and it is held in our email systems.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with the matter it relates to, and any reasonable follow-up, and then delete it. Please do not send us sensitive personal information by email unless we have asked you to.

6. Legal basis

Under the UK GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests for the processing described above: operating a secure and functioning website, and responding to people who contact us. Where you email us, that processing is also necessary to take steps at your request.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Personal data relating to this website is shared only with the service providers that make the site and our email work — our hosting provider and our email provider — and only so that they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

8. International transfers

Our hosting and email providers operate internationally, so the technical data and correspondence described above may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens it takes place under the safeguards those providers put in place for international transfers.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask us to erase it or restrict how we use it, and to object to processing that we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

10. Children

This website is a corporate information site and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone.

11. Changes to this notice

If the website changes — for example if analytics or a contact form are ever added — this notice will be updated at the same time to describe what actually happens. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last reviewed.
